4. AI Training and Your Content

For our Standard AI models that are used across all customers, we do not use your uploaded content for training unless you explicitly opt in. If you choose to opt in, your data may be used anonymously to improve our general translation capabilities.

For Custom AI models created specifically for your organization, we use only your data to train those models, and these models are used exclusively for your organization's translations.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our Service.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer service. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us.
